Campground was very quiet and family friendly. The interstate was close but the noise after the first day wasn’t even noticed. Tree lined property , very clean bath house facility. Full hookups, there was a food truck on Saturday And they had karaoke at the pool. Granddaughter had a softball tournament, and the hotels were outrageous. This was about 10 minutes down the road and 15 from cedar point I would highly recommend this place

We are seasonal campers at Sandusky Milan RV Park. 2024 is our second year being seasonal campers here. We love how clean, quiet and well maintained the campground is. We also love that it’s a family owned campground as those tend to be more personable in our experience.

The maintenance man, John and his wife, April, who works in the office, have helped to make our time here and experience so much better. They are kind people who are always willing to help when or if we need help. We believe the owners are lucky to have them as employees.

The campground does a great job of holding activities on the weekends that we have enjoyed numerous times already.

There is so much to do in the area outside of the campground and Cedar Point. If you enjoy nature and beaches then you’ll find many beautiful places to visit.

1st time here and very happy we chose to come. The location is fantastic with easy access off the turnpike and a straight shot down 250 for shopping and food. This is a smaller park, and that adds to the charm. The staff are incredibly friendly as they made us feel very welcome from our first phone call through or arrival and setup. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. NOTE, this is NOT a party spot. If that’s your aim you might want to look elsewhere. Us, however, couldn’t be happier with the other campers and a much appreciated quiet relaxing evening. The on site game room, although small, has a few games and is a nice way to spend a hour. There is a pool on the property. It too is small, but fun. Most kids are well behaved which is a major plus. As other reviewers mentioned, the grounds are well maintained and it looks like the owners take pride in keeping things refreshed and clean. Overall I see us coming back here when we’re looking for a more intimate getaway when not in the mood for a party site. Highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

Nice, clean, and relatively quiet campground in a great location! Short drive to area attractions including Cedar Point, Downtown Sandusky, and the lake. Most sites are shaded by large trees and have full hookups and good water pressure. Restrooms/bathhouse and laundry facilities are nice and clean. The staff is friendly and super helpful!

If you are ready to stop for a night, find a place close to Cedar Point or want to join a family of seasonal campers, this is a great spot! This campground has so many new and wonderful upgrades. The owners are helpful and always kind. Don’t miss an opportunity if you are near Sandusky to visit this gem of a campground. Nice pool, awesome showers/bathrooms, camp store and game room!

Fantastic campground. Two playgrounds. A pool. 2 shower houses. Laundry. A game room. A general store. Plenty of shade at many of the spots! Brand new asphalt driveway/path.

I could go on and on. The owner and maintenance staff are great. Very accommodating and easy to work with. Reasonably priced and great for families.

On our trip we called ahead for reservations an there were 2 places we viewed. The 1st after 5 attempts of calling an messages never answered or called but Sandusky did so we stayed there what ended up 5 nights as one of our party needed a dentist. Sandusky was so friendly, helpful an accomodating I would recommend them just on that alone. Sites are nice, watch for leveling. Pretty place.

Charming pool area, sites are clean and the dog park is a favorite hangout for us! Near Cedar Point and all the lake has to offer. Jo was super sweet and extremely helpful during our stay. We will be returning next year for sure. Thanks for having us.

We loved our experience at Sandusky Milan RV Park. When we first got there, the lady behind the desk, April J., was so helpful and friendly. Our spot was level with just the right amount of shade. It was also super helpful that the park is so convenently located near the Ohio Turnpike. We will definelty be visiting this park again when we are in the area!

We enjoy being seasonal campers here at Sandusky Milan RV Park. We have an amazing site with beautiful trees for shade. Our girls have made friends and so have our dogs. Thank you John and April J for making us feel like part of the park family.

An unforgettable family vacation!!! We loved visiting Sandusky Milan RV Park. It’s equipped with everything you need, including a super cute store with all essentials, a nice pool, playground, basketball court and pavilions. Karaoke Saturday was a blast for all 5 of us, too! The major corn hole competition was a hit. We happened to be there for Christmas in July, and the owners and workers went all out to make it special, including pancakes with Santa. The park is centrally located, and we were able to explore so much in Ohio including Cedar Point, Downtown Sandusky, Put-in-Bay and Twin Oast Brewery. Thank you to the owners, Jon and Kim, and the staff for making our 2023 family trip a magical one. Can’t recommend it enough!!

Had a great time here. When looking for some place close to cedar point to camp up this was one of them and I am glad we chose to stay here. The grounds were clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the owners were nice. We have decided to start doing a yearly trip and we will continue to stay here. We took some time to drive around and look at other campgrounds in the area and none were as up kept or as clean as this one.

Nice quiet cozy campground right off the turnpike! We stayed here for the weekend as we went to Cedar point on Saturday! There are two different sections, one for tents and another with gravel pads for rv/travel trailers to setup . Most of the pads seemed level. There is also ice and firewood available at the park office, nice and convenient so you don’t have to leave. The bathhouse was clean and the water pressure was good in the showers! If I’m traveling in the area again I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We’re seasonal campers here and love it! The newer owners have done such great work to update and improve! Great amenities, atmosphere, and location. Highly recommend.
